Mahogany is a deep and dark color. Similar to dark brown accept with a hint of red.
Remember you can only go darker or equal to, not lighter.
Mix with water and apply to clean dry or damp hair. If scalp is red after rinsing do not worry it will come out in the shower!

Is it safe to style my hair with a curling iron or flat iron after I have dyed it with Henna?
Flat irons in general are bad for your hair regardless if you sue natural hair dye or not. Over long periods of time will cause breakage.
our dye does the opposite, it will repair your hair, however we do have lots of people that use flat irons.
I am naturally dirty blonde and I dye my hair medium to dark brown using chemical hair dye. I want to start using henna. I want to do a dark mahogany but im afraid that since my roots come in blonde it will look funny. Should I use this color?
Mahogany will look dark brown with some red, even though the roots are coming in lighter you should be ok. If it is to light just do a root touch up and make it darker. ( get our root touch up kit).
