i want to get hair dye for my school’s spirit week but i only need it for one day. but i have blonde highlights too (but those should come out by that time). would the hair dye come out in 3 or 4 days?
No it will not. It is permanent
Ello
I always have my hair bright red, and I use manic panic pillar box red, I dislike that it fades super quickly. Such a waste of my money. But I like that it is vegan-based hair dye, so no harm in animals is done. Anyway, I was wondering how long this would last in my hair?
If chemicals fade this might as well. Usually it is permanent.
what would happen if i put a perm or relaxer in my hair, and then applied the red hair dye to my hair, what would happen?
Depends.. It might turn green. Give it 2 weeks first.
I have red and light brown hair, (It’s really not dark.) Would this red henna work for me?
It might show up. Deep red will show up better.
HAI! i have light redish hair (dyed a couple months ago) and about 2 inches of sorta dark brown roots. I’m looking for the most vibrant red but i dont want it to be as natural as the sure henna. Im going for a completely “fire-engine” red. What do you recommend?
Sorry our dyes do not go lighter. you would need light brown, blond, gray or white hair to make the red red become very red. Other wise deep red is best for dark hair.
My hair is naturally medium brown, but I’ve been dying it black for a few years. I want to continue to dye it black, but I thought it would look really cool with a reddish tint. I was wondering if I could maybe do that with henna? I’ve read that chemical hair dye and henna don’t mix very well, but if there was some way I could make it work that would be awesome. Also, I really do not want to bleach my hair. Would it be a good idea to maybe test some henna dye on some of my hair, to see if it works well on my hair?
Thanks! <3
Deep red is the only color that will really show up on dark hair. Our dyes do not go lighter. Thanks!
Hello, I’m only thirteen, so my mom does not want me to use actual hair dye because it will kill my hair. I have dirty blonde hair, so if I got this red, would it still turn out the same? Also will straightening ruin it? And how long does it last?
Goodness 13 and your already unhappy with your hair color. I would just leave it. Hot irons will ruin your hair bye the time you are 20, I would steer clear of it all. Rethink it in two years.
hi, im african american and just wanted to know if i dye my hair red, will it show when the sun.light isnt hitting it? what would happen if i straightened my hair with the dye in my hair
my hair is dark brown by the way
Deep red is best on dark hair. The light will give you a shimmer of red, very beautiful.
Hello, I have dirty blonde hair, and really wanted to dye it red. My mom won’t let me use actual hair dye, so I was going to tell her about Henna, I was just wondering if it would turn out a weird colour because im blonde. Also, I straighten my hair, I know it is not good at any time, but will it ruin the dye? Lastly, how long will it last?
Pure henna will make it red orange. Using a hot iron can cause the hair to break regardless, however if you use chemicals to keep the hair from breaking with a hot iron it can cause it to turn other colors.
Pure henna (red orange) you will not have to worry about. However the indigo in browns can turn green or blue with hot iron chemicals. Red red I would not use I do not think because of the hot iron.
I am fourteen years old and I have very dark brown hair. I don’t want to put any chemicals in my hair, but I also want to get a certain red. What I want is as light a red as I can get. Will red or deep red be the best for me? My hair is very dark, but not VERY close to black. I would really like to have deep red hair (but necessarily that specific name of dye.) Okay, what I am trying to say is that I want a dark cherry red that doesn’t only show in the light. Please help me decide, thank you!
Deep red would be the only color you can use or that will show up on dark brown or black hair. It will show up best in the light
but you will see it inside. If it is dark no one will see you any way.
If you have dark brown hair, how would red turn out if you used the deep red hair dye first?
hmmm deep red and then red red would be ok. The more you use it the more red it will be. We have some customers telling us they use rinse with vinegar a few days later and it stops the bleeding on the red. You can sue our dye as often as you like, it is healthy hair dye.
I have dark brown, almost black hair, and I was wondering what color I should use to bring out the reds in my hair? I kind of want my hair to have a dark reddish/brownish auburn color to it. I don’t want a bright red color, just a dark reddish color. I’m so lost at what color I should choose for my hair! Also, after using henna, is it alright to straighten my hair? I don’t straighten my hair every single day but maybe 3-4 times a week. Please answer my questions as soon as you can, thank you!
Sorry we did not know comments was turned back on. Deep red will give you subtle highlights on dark brown. Or you can use henna for a auburn color. Wasn’t that easy?
I have medium-dark redish brown hair (its probably lighter then it sounds). Anyways, do you think this hair color will show up bright for me??
Sorry we did not realize comments were turned back on. Deep red will show up better. Especially when the light hits it.
Hi, i’m a black male with dreads. My hair is more of a jet black color. I’ve been wanting to dye some of my tips red for a while now but didn’t want to put chemicals in my hair. Do you have any clue of which red i could use and how i could accomplish this? I’m sure it’s probably a hard task due to my hair color but if you could help me out i would really appreciate it. Thanks!
Unfortunately with henna, you can only go darker-than or equal-to in color. I don’t think you would be able to achieve red tips without bleaching or lightening you hair first, which I certainly wouldn’t recommend. You could try using the deep red on your tips to possibly get a red tint or hue. Out of all of our colors, we have found that deep red shows up best on dark or black hair. Hope this helps!
I have dark brown hair and I recently put a temporary streak of red , because of my hair color it turned to a medium light purple , will Red Henna turn purple with my hair color like it did with the temporary red ?
Whos product did you use for the red?
