for black hair dye, am I supposed to mix the indigo with the pure henna? or am I supposed to do pure henna first then follow with indigo? pleeeease help, thanks!

Flat irons in general are bad for your hair regardless if you sue natural hair dye or not. Over long periods of time will cause breakage.

our dye does the opposite, it will repair your hair, however we do have lots of people that use flat irons.

That is not possible. If you buy black it comes with 100 grams of Indigo and 100 grams of henna. Some can use the indigo to achieve black and some have to use both.
I would try the indigo by itself and see if it works, make sure you give it over night. It might turn purple for a few hours then black.

So our black comes with 2 packs. Indigo and henna.

if i purchase the black hairdye, what will happen to my hair color if i just use the black and not indigo?

It will be brighter on the lighter areas. On the dark area you can use deep red as the roots grow in.

Or what I would do is… do it all dark brown/black to make it match and then a week later go over it with deep red.
