What is the difference between the henna power and the hair dye you sell?
How long should I leave henna in when I do a strand or whole head treatment? I heard some people leave it in for overnight. Is that ok?

All of our products have henna, however pure henna will give you a red orange color. Add a bit of Indigo and you get browns and blacks.. clay = reds
The great part is our hair dye is all natural and has 0 chemicals.

I color treat my hair red and have blonde roots. How long should I leave the henna on my roots to get the same color all over?

Hello there, I was wondering if I can use henna and indigo mix to get a brown bruette colour? The thing is my afro virgin hair is alreadly henna red and I mean true henna red. What I do is lighten the hair to a honey blonde then I use my henna to create a true red colour (I do that has I do not want red henna highlights but henna red. So I lighten the hair first to get it). But now I want a more brown colour!
I am thinking about using 1\2 henna and 1/2 indigo mix? Will it work?? On my hair that is already been henna red??
Yes you can do that
I just did my beard that exact way. Just make sure you give it a full 48 hours to turn brown.

mix it together, just water… OR… Mix the henna with only water and let it set out for 3 hours. Then mix indigo into it and ad a bit more water ( make it smooth like yogurt) and then apply it asap. Indigo does not release as long as henna.
Once you rinse it out of your hair give it 48 hours to turn to the final color.
Or you can just mix it and apply. But remember lemon will keep indigo from working. so only use water
NOT distilled water, just good old tap water.

Why are there no product descriptions in the haircare section? How is anyone supposed to know what these exotically-named products are or their purposes? I’m sure I’m not the first person to be hesitant to buy your products because of the lack of product information provided.
I would have to argue that one with you. With over 10,000 customers all over the world and the fact we sell out of our product almost as fast as we get it. Sorry you are having such a hard time.
I think maybe you landed on the store page and the store page does not have a lot of descriptions. This site is still being developed so look to the actual product on the site. Meanwhile here is few other sites that is freshly updated and has a full description of all the products.

We do have “red” in stock, not “natural red”. If you use red and wash it with shampoo within 12 hours after you rinse it out, it will turn red orange.
is it ok to dye my hair with regular dye after i’v dyed it with henna?

Hi, I have used naturtint hair dyes for a couple of months now but I’m not getting the colour I want from them, I was wondering as they have less chemicals in them if it would be ok to use your henna dye ontop of them? Or maybe if I used a hair dye remover it would work better still.

You most certainly can use our products yes over your chemical dyes. If your hair is really messed up from chemical hair dye it may take a few times to get it to work, but you do not have to wait if you have used chemical hair dyes.
Ours is 100% natural so no need to wait. Also it only has partly henna, unless you do natural red, then it is pure henna. We only use plant products.
Just make sure you hair is really clean, and follow our directions. Also your hair maybe very damaged from the previous chemicals, so it may take a few times. Always do a strand test. Also using Cassia Obovata prior might help.
