I would have to argue that one with you. With over 10,000 customers all over the world and the fact we sell out of our product almost as fast as we get it. Sorry you are having such a hard time. I think maybe you landed on the store page and the store page does not have a lot of descriptions. This site is still being developed so look to the actual product on the site. Why are there no product descriptions in the haircare section? How is anyone supposed to know what these exotically-named products are or their purposes? I’m sure I’m not the first person to be hesitant to buy your products because of the lack of product information provided.

We should have some in a week or so. We will start taking pre orders next week. Est time of arrival is August 23rd.
We do have “red” in stock, not “natural red”. If you use red and wash it with shampoo within 12 hours after you rinse it out, it will turn red orange.
