How long does it last? Does it wear off with shampooing?
It is permanent. Just wait 24-48 hours to shampoo after you rinse it out. You can use cream rinse if you need to. After that you can shampoo all the time

I am trying to place an order but after I hit place order I do not receive confirmation that my order went through OR an order number. I hit submit button twice SO if the order did go through please cancel one of them. If not, how am I supposed to order on line? ALSO, I do not see anywhere to register on your site, I only see where I can register for NEWSLETTER?

When you come back all you need to do is at to cart and it will remember you. Or When you add product and you are ready to check out at the top it will have a log in “sign in to use address book” . You can also just go to store page and log in at top of page.
