This colour called ‘dark brown’ looks yellow. is this how it actually turns out? do you have any photo’s of results?

    • That was the wrong picture, however none of ours are yellow. Everyone’s monitor is different, but most important the colour you get depends on the hair color you already have. Also remember you cannot go lighter only equal to or darker.
Our products do not have chemicals so it is not the same as when you go to Walgreens and what you see on the box is what color you get. Thanks!

    Um, hello(:
So I wanna try this alternative to dying my hair and honestly this is the only color I like. Sold out? When might you receive more.

    does henna cover grey hair?

  • Tamara:

I have jet black hair and wanted to have more a brownish color. I have never had color on my hair and have been natural (no chemicals) for almost two years. Which henna would I use to achieve more of a deep brown tone or would henna turn my hair red? Would be my first time using henna

    • With Natural hair dye you can only go darker or equal to, so if you have black hair and you use brown it will get darker with a hint of brown. Brown is brown, red is red. So if you use brown you should not get any red.
A small small percentage of people (3%) might get red, however it always turns brown over a 48 hour period.

i am trying to find a way to get dark brown hair with another color streaks running through it. If I use this dark brown henna to dye all of my hair first, will something like burgundy or maroon show up on top after that? thanks!

    • Yes, but depending on how dark it is will depend on how much you see it. You can also play with red. Red on dark hair will look a bit burgundy as well. You can also use a highlight cap to do different styles and highlights.
Try and keep the areas you want highlighted lighter if you can. You can also mix and match any of our colors. Hope that helps
