I’m 52 and I have dyed light to medium brown hair, natural growth is all gray. My hair grows very fast so I seem to have that white/gray stripe down my part all the time. My hair is getting very dry and brittle from the dye. Will the light brown cover the gray and blend with my dyed hair? or will the roots be a different color?
Harvest Moon Hair Dye will certainly work. Yes chemical hair dye will really dry you out! I would recommend using the color closest to the chemical dye. If light brown is it, you might want to see if our light brown blends just using a root touch up. Then once you do the root touch up do the entire head to make it match. Then continue to do root touch ups or your hair will keep getting darker if you do the entire head over and over. Also remember it can take up to 48 hours for light brown to get to the final color, it may look red or greenish at first, usually you get the final results in 24 hours.

Hello, I have bleache blonde hair and have recently wanted to go darker to my natural light brown hair color. Chemicals bring it to horrible colors. Do you think the henna light brown would work in my hair?? Thank you, Kelly
Hello Kelly, congratulations on your switch to healthy hair dye! Depends on how much and how long you have bleached it. It will work, but it might take a couple of times and might bleed a week or so the first time. The rewards are worth it, so make sure you get a few packets. It cost the same to ship 3 as it does 1.
Also remember it will take 24-48 hours to get to the final color on some people. So do a strand test first. You can do an under coat strand and leave it on for only one hour. Longer does not mean darker. Then give it 48 hours to see the level of brown.
i have dark brown hair.i know you said henna won’t lighten your hair, but i still have hope haha. i want to try it but i dont want my dark brown looking black after using henna, so if i use the light brown what will it do?
If you use light brown over dark brown it will make it darker. no way around it. If you want to lighten your hair naturally the best way is to get a squirt bottle and a bag of fresh lemons, squeeze fresh lemon juice and put it in the spray bottle. Sit in sun and spray lemon on your hair every10-15 minutes.
You can add a red tint or Burgundy to it if you want some change. We had a lady that kept using the light brown over and over and over and she ended up with black. Sorry!
